Main responsibilities of the Job:
- To manage the front desk and lobby area and provide positive first impressions along with welcoming guests.
- To demonstrate proper phone etiquette with every visitor, answering and appropriately routing all incoming calls for the Residents and /or various department with courtesy, speed, and accuracy.
- To provide general information regarding routine inquiries from Residents, visitors and suppliers and refers other requests for information and other inquiries or complaints to the Facility Manager or relevant department.
